Smart Attendance is a mobile application designed for Android devices, serving as an extension of a web-based attendance management system. This application caters to employees of VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd., enabling them to access Employee Self Service features conveniently. Users can view their attendance records, apply for leave, and have their requests approved by their Head of Department (HOD).
In addition to leave management, the app allows employees to submit regularization requests for missing attendance. Field staff can capture and submit live attendance along with their images, which also require HOD approval. Users can monitor the status of attendance devices, further enhancing the app's functionality in managing time and productivity effectively.
